When will this hack (& other hacks like John Williams) finally realize that the system the US govt. uses to measure inflation for specific items is the most advanced in the world – and provides apple to apple comparisons taking into account changes arising from new technologies, cost compression, raw material input prices etc.

Academic knowledge is best IMO, particularly from well established institutions, particularly those who’s ethos is broad academic excellence, rather than a particular ideology or limited (sales or accounting) task.
Something one discovers at University is that a good understanding of any subject necessarily brings agreement/concordance/illustration, from other fields & evidence.

I like listening to Schiff, but I try not to be an ideologue because I am too young to pretend like I understand everything about how the world works. If you guys think Schiff is lying to me, who do you think I should listen to for reliable information about the economy? Guys like Paul Krugman don’t seem to be trustworthy either. Thanks in advance.

I think i heard that the steel in the twin towers were in a paralell shape on each floor (the steel was basically directly underneath the walls) instead of crossing in the shape of an x which is how most buildings are made nowadays. Im not sayin your wrong bread and im not sayin the theory is right but that is may have been a reason for the building collasping so quickly.
